Designed to equip students with knowledge in various aspects of accounting such as financial accounting, management accounting, auditing, finance and taxation. There are also ICT- driven courses such as accounting information systems.

Job prospects

WOU graduates in accounting are versatile and can be employed in many sectors - commercial sector (e.g. internal auditor, business analyst, budget officer), management consultancy firm (e.g. management consultant) and public sector (finance officer, Inland Revenue Department officer).
