Fees are payable every semester. Because of the flexible nature of the programme, your tuition fees depend on the number of courses for which you
enrol. In each semester, you can enrol for a maximum of four courses. The
tuition fees imposed are based on credit hours and also according to the level
of the course. The level of the course (lower, middle, higher or postgraduate)
can be determined from the course code.
A course code will have 3 letters and followed by 3 digits, a slash and a
further 2 digits. The fi rst digit reflects the level of the course. It is
indicated by 1 for lower-level courses, denoted by 2 for middle level courses
and represented by 3 or 4 for higher level courses. 5 indicates a
postgraduate-level course. The 2 digits after the slash indicate the credit
hours of the course. E.g., WLA101/03 is a lower-level course of 3 credits while
BBM203/05 is a middle-level course of 5 credits and TEC305/10 is a higher-level
course of 10 credits.

If you settle your semester fees in full and no later than one month
prior to the commencement of the semester, you will be entitled for
an "early bird" incentive rate as indicated in the below
table:
| Early bird incentive (Bachelors degree) |
RM20 per course |
RM30 per course |
To be determined |
For the CeMBA and CeMPA programmes, the applicable early bird
incentive rates are:
| Early bird incentive (CeMBA/CeMPA) |
RM30 per course |
RM60 per course |
Group Incentives are also given to encourage organisations
to sponsor students. They are available until the end of the
enrolment period and are awarded only once for the semester of
admission. The group incentive is a fixed lump sum awarded to each
student within that group. If you are awarded a group incentive,
you will not be entitled for the early bird incentive. The
sponsoring organisation must pay all fees for all members of the
group within one week for the incentive to be awarded. The group incentive
structure is as follows:
| Between 11 and 20 people |
RM150 |
| Between 21 and 50 people |
RM200 |
| 51 people and above |
RM250 |
Please consult your Regional Office Manager for more information regarding group incentives. |
